Under your name, you carry the duties.
- Responsible personWhoever sells under their own name is the responsible person in the EU.
- Safety assessment and notificationA safety assessment (CPSR) and a notification in the EU portal (CPNP) come before the first sale.
- Documents and labellingProduct information file (PIF) and mandatory label details, such as allergens, belong to the product.

What is private label perfume?
A finished perfume that carries your brand instead of the producer's. We take care of fragrance, filling, label and carton, you bring the brand and the idea.
What is the difference between private label and white label?
With private label we produce a perfume for you under your brand. With a white-label oil partnership you sell our perfume oil under your own name, and we fill, label and ship it. More on white-label oils.
What does your own perfume cost?
That depends on fragrance, quantity, bottle, print and packaging. In the configurator you see the unit price live, for contract filling and custom bottles you get an offer. To the configurator.
How long does it take?
That depends on the route. The table above shows the lead time for each one. If you plan a launch date, tell us in your enquiry.
What do I have to do legally?
Under your own name you are the responsible person: safety assessment (CPSR), notification (CPNP), product information file (PIF) and labelling. We support you with documents and the safety assessment. Law and approval. General information, not legal advice.
