No. We only sell to businesses. When you order, you enter your company and confirm that you are ordering as a business.

You add oils to the cart in the catalogue, paste a list of numbers and quantities into the quick order page, or request a quote. You order samples on the samples page.

There is no minimum order value. You can order from a single unit: samples from 5 g, sizes from 100 g. Your own brand in the configurator starts at 20 units, contract filling at 500 units per fragrance.

Use the request a quote form. You can include items from your cart. We reply within 24 hours.

Ships in 3 to 5 working days. Orders placed by 2 pm are ready to ship on the next working day. We ship with DHL and DPD. Express with DHL Express is available on request.

To all EU countries. For Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the United Kingdom and other countries we calculate shipping individually. Send us your cart as a request.

PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna, instant bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay and prepayment. Purchase on account is available by arrangement for approved customers.

With prepayment, immediately after the contract is concluded. With a PayPal invoice, 30 days after you receive the goods, subject to a credit check. For purchase on account the payment term we agree with you applies.

Visitors see prices including 19 % VAT. Signed-in business customers see the prices without VAT. At checkout the VAT is shown separately.

With a valid VAT ID we deliver tax-free within the EU (reverse charge). Without a valid VAT ID we charge 19 % VAT. You enter the VAT ID at checkout or in your account.

Yes. Every delivery includes a complete invoice. You can also download it from your account.

Yes. You get 5 g samples per oil and ready-made sets, all on the samples page. Samples are chargeable, limited to 10 per order. They are not credited against later orders.

You can download the safety data sheet, IFRA compliance statement and allergen list for every oil as a PDF on the documents page. CPSR and batch documents are available on request. After purchase we also send you the documents by email.

For fragrances from our range we prepare it digitally, see order a CPSR. For other products, send us a request. What else you need as a brand: law and approval.

We sell only to businesses, so there is no statutory right of withdrawal as there is for consumers. If goods are defective or the wrong goods arrive, please tell us within 14 days of receipt, ideally with a photo to support@parfumfabrik.com. We sort it out with you personally.

On the account page you create an account for your company: company, contact person, email and password. The VAT ID is optional. We check your company details before we activate your account.
