- Name the topic and your need. Choose what it is about: perfume oils, bulk perfumes, contract filling, private label, bottles and accessories or documents.
- Send the request. You state your company, contact person and delivery country and describe products and quantities.
- Get your answer. We reply within 24 hours, available Mon to Fri, 8 am to 4:30 pm.
When do I request a quote, and when do I order directly?
You order standard goods directly in the catalogue or with the quick order. A quote is worthwhile for large quantities, regular demand, special requests and projects with your own brand.
What should my request contain?
Name the topic, desired quantity, fragrance numbers or your desired fragrance and your target date. The more precise your details, the more targeted the team can reply. For an individual fragrance there is a separate request: request a quote for your fragrance.
Can I also request documents with the form?
Yes, choose the topic documents, for example for CPSR, batch documents or specifications. You download the safety data sheet, IFRA statement and allergen list directly in the document centre.
