What you need to sell it.
A perfume under your own brand is a cosmetic product in the EU. The duties in short:

Which minimum quantity applies, and what does it cost?
Contract filling and private label start at 500 units per fragrance, smaller runs from 20 units in the configurator. There is no flat rate: quantity, bottle, print, packaging and fragrance source set the unit price. You receive a binding quote within 24 hours.
How long does a project take, and is there a sample?
As standard we plan 4 to 6 weeks from briefing to shipping. Before series production you receive a sample with fragrance, print and packaging and approve it in writing. Express production in 2 to 3 weeks is possible for a surcharge if print data and formulation are final.
Who is the one placing the product on the market?
Whoever sells a perfume under their own name counts as the responsible person in the EU and carries the duties: safety assessment, product information file and CPNP notification. Whether we take over this role for you, we settle in the quote. Details: law and approval.
Who prints label and carton, and which data do I need?
Labels and cartons come from our own print shop. You send PDF/X-4, 300 dpi, CMYK, fonts embedded, 3 mm bleed, for direct UV print plus a white layer as a spot colour called “White”. We check your data free of charge. Without a designer, our design service takes over.
Who owns the formulation and the brand?
You. Formulations, designs and trademark rights stay entirely with you. We work under NDA as standard and produce only under your label.
