Shipping and delivery time
We ship with DHL and DPD across the EU. Stock items reach you in 3 to 5 working days. The cart works out the shipping costs by weight.
Delivery time
We deliver stock items from the shop (perfume oils, bulk perfume, bottles and accessories) in 3 to 5 working days.
Large containers of 10 and 25 kg are produced to order and take about 4 weeks. Your own brand from the configurator (small series) takes 4 to 8 weeks after your print approval. Premium and custom bottles take 2 to 4 months. We state the exact time in the quote or in the order confirmation.
Shipping and tracking
We ship with DHL and DPD. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you receive the tracking number automatically by email.
Perfume containing alcohol (bulk perfume and finished perfume) is shipped as dangerous goods with DHL; a dangerous goods contract is in place.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight of your shipment and are shown gross including 19 % VAT in the table. You see the price for your country and your cart in the cart.

Other countries and shipments over 100 kg: quote on request. Our online trade focuses on the EU market.
Free shipping applies only to the sample pack (oil sample pack or 4-oil bundle including shipping within the EU). Otherwise shipping costs always apply.
Business customers
Signed-in business customers see the net prices in the B2B account. To other EU countries we deliver without VAT with a valid VAT ID (reverse charge).
