The fragrances: own names, no brand names
The fragrances in our range are recreations of well-known perfumes, commonly called dupes. Every fragrance has its own name and number. We name no brands or originals and make no statement about how close one fragrance is to another.
For every fragrance you find the pyramid of top, heart and base notes, the fragrance family, the target group (women, men or unisex) and the documents: safety data sheet, IFRA compliance statement and allergen list.

- Shipping
- With DHL and DPD, express on request. Ships in 3 to 5 working days.
- Delivery area
- All EU countries. For Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the United Kingdom and other countries we calculate shipping individually.
- Payment
- PayPal, credit card, Klarna, instant bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay and prepayment. Invoice for approved customers by arrangement.
- Tax
- In Germany 19 % VAT. In other EU countries with a valid VAT ID without VAT (reverse charge).

Does Parfumfabrik sell to private individuals?
No, we only sell to businesses. When you order you state your company and confirm that you order as a business.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order value, you can order from a single unit: samples from 5 g, sizes from 100 g. Your own brand in the configurator starts at 20 units, contract filling at 500 units per fragrance.
What is the difference between perfume oil and bulk perfume?
Perfume oil is the undiluted fragrance concentrate, bulk perfume is ready-mixed perfume of oil and ethanol. You process the oil further yourself, the bulk perfume you fill straight into your bottles from 500 ml or 1 l.
Which documents do I get for a perfume oil?
For every oil there is a safety data sheet, an IFRA compliance statement and an allergen list as PDF. You find them on the Documents page. CPSR and batch documents are available on request.
Does Parfumfabrik sell dupes?

How do I get my own perfume brand?
There are four routes, ordered by quantity: dropshipping with white-label oils from 100 g, configurator from 20 units, contract filling and private label from 500 units per fragrance and custom bottles from 500 units. The comparison with duration and scope is on the Your own brand page.
What does contract filling mean?
With contract filling we fill your product for you, print, label and pack it. You send products or components, or we take over everything as a full service. Details on the Contract filling and private label page.
Who is responsible for the CPSR, PIF and CPNP notification of my perfume?
You as the brand, or the Responsible Person in the EU whom you appoint. We supply the documents for the oil and create the CPSR digitally for fragrances from our range; the CPNP notification you file yourself as the Responsible Person or you hire someone. How fast do you reply, and how long does delivery take?
We reply within 24 hours. Ordered goods are ship in 3 to 5 working days. Production orders for your own brand take longer, see the table above.
Can I test fragrances before buying?
Yes. You get samples of 5 g per oil and ready-made sets on the Samples page. Samples are charged, at most 10 per order.
Can I have my own fragrance developed?
Yes. You describe the fragrance, we develop a formula from our perfume oils and send you a sample to test. More on the Fragrance development page.
Terms explained briefly
- Perfume oil
- Perfume oil is the undiluted fragrance concentrate. You process it further yourself, for example with alcohol into perfume.
- Bulk perfume
- Bulk perfume is ready-mixed perfume of oil and ethanol, in 500 ml and 1 l. You fill it into your own bottles.
- Contract filling
- With contract filling we fill your product for you, print, label and pack it. You send products or components, or we take over everything as a full service.
- Private label
- Private label means the finished perfume carries your brand. We take care of fragrance, bottle, print and packaging, the name on it is yours.
- Dropshipping with white-label oil
- With dropshipping you sell perfume oil under your name. We fill, label and ship in your name directly to your customers.
- CPSR
- The CPSR (Cosmetic Product Safety Report) is the safety assessment for a cosmetic product. It is mandatory for cosmetics sold in the EU.
- PIF
- The product information file (PIF) contains all documents on the product and has to be kept for 10 years.
- CPNP
- The CPNP is the EU portal where cosmetics are notified before sale. A notification, not an approval.
- IFRA
- IFRA is the international association of the fragrance industry. Its standards set how much of a fragrance ingredient a type of product may contain at most. For every oil you get an IFRA compliance statement.
